Better conversations event

Learn the principles of Nonviolent Communication and practise applying them in a safe environment during this interactive workshop. NVC enables us to bring empathy and a genuine desire for understanding to our conversations. And to use concrete skills in our interactions: observing, feeling, needing and requesting. Through developing and utilising such mindsets and skills, it is possible to hold conversations that are compassionate and harmonious.

Numbers are limited for this workshop and so registration is essential: 20 participants. The session includes a vegetarian/vegan lunch. There is no charge to attend.

This is another of our Better Conversations workshops supported by funding from the Justice-Compassion Trust. The facilitator is Camelia Petrus of Core Purpose.
